CORRECT! Partly why not every 'wolf wants their own shop.
Coordination?

As in trying to establish peace with the humans?

No. Whatever the 'wolves do not or cannot produce themselves they get from the outside world. Either by going to Mansfield or Manchester or by having it delivered to an address in Mansfield. When this occurs, the 'wolves go out in human form. This got established in the comic when Burgermeister Basil interviews Talbot on page 78 Band Aid. Mentioned by Talbot again on page 162 So Tell Me. (Page names are links to them.)

So I noticed Talbot said on page 78 that he doesn't drive...but he didn't seem to have any trouble with the bikes, and that's still driving since they're motorized scooters despite being called bikes.

I asked something like this a while back. Peter's response was that the bikes are simpler to use than a car, so he wasn't lying; he just meant that he doesn't drive a car (which is what would likely be used for such runs).

Yes, driving a car is much more complicated than the WolfyBike. Right handle twists and it goes... rotate back a little and it will slow down. Left handle for abrupt stop. Also that the WolfyBikes are not so fast (Floyd mentions it), as they don't need to be. So it's more like a leisurely bike ride with no effort. It's also not like there's "traffic" with the WolfyBikes. They paw it just as much, and then there's the trams. And yes, they'd have to take cars/trucks into human towns. Wherein you'd have to contend with all the factors of driving amid tons of vehicles and people.
