Heh - True. Usually the blood stains on the side deter folks enough. ;) They only use it as a quick meeting spot between the town area and their Lair. Of course, it does have the secret panel. However Darkfang found it rather easily, so they may as well chalk up that 'suck' too. :)
It's a German silent film. Not sure if the poster has German on it, though. It just reads the name of the film The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari and then says '6 Acts' and lists Carl Mayer & Hans Janowitz as writers and Robert Wiene as director.
well, i see what looks like the word 'das' (which is German for 'the') on the left side of the poster above the cabinet
also, werewolves and pancakes! from the same artist a lot of the prior images i posted, since they're big on werewolves - i even mentioned the comic to them in another image
Yes, having another look at it, it must be German. Shaffer's Mozart would be pleased. :) There's a lot of Caligari posters in various languages. Popular film. ;)
The artwork is delightful. Thanks for mentioning my comic!
I'm increasingly looking forward to more backstory on these three. How did they meet the boss? Why Werecoywolves? What on Dog's green Earth do they think about 'wolves?
the next few pages. How they met the Boss isn't all that glamorous, but you'll learn that eventually, too. As for why WereCoyWolves - the coywolf is more dangerous than the regular wolf or coyote. On page 119 'Privilege Revoked' Darkfang says, "Well dang. They are a bit rougher." Riqurélio says, "And NOT shy about going WILD around people." The CoyWolves see themselves as superior to werewolves for those reasons plus their "exclusivity".

Okay, but why do they want to be? I'm assuming at this point they have some kind of reason for wanting to sell their bane to the 'wolves and that it involves the Boss, given what was said earlier. It almost seems like they want to take some kind of weird revenge on the 'wolves.
Accidentally missed the cut n' paste of the first part of my first sentence. The gist is there, but I said such info will trickle out as it can, and there's a wee little bit of sorts coming...in the next few pages.
Do they have a revenge fixation... or does the Boss? ;)

The Boss is obviously up to no good. I'm just curious how he roped these three jokers into whatever he's plotting.
What does he want revenge on the 'wolve of Wolverton for anyway? Having a safe haven? Did Riqurélio start a Mermaid Sanctuary somewhere near Wolverton and the Boss doesn't like that?
i can see where the coywolves are coming from in there thinking. Even i think that the Wolverton wolfs are a bit to much domesticated for Werewolfs.
And nooooo, that has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that i like the look of wild werewolfs and that the greenpants Coywolf is my favorit design wise is also a complete coincidence xD
(jokes aside my Favorit werewolf here will probably forever Floyd character wise. such a good wolf).
